Condition is "USED", this means that this item is preowned and may have blemishes or rusty neck pegs. We sanitize and clean items prior to shipping. We try our best to remove any blemishes such as pen, marker, highlighter, etc., but keep in mind that we might not be able to get everything out. Please view images prior to purchasing and message us if you have any questions/concerns!
Shipping: We try our best to ship within the next 2-3 business days. Our customers usually receive their package within 5-7 days depending on buyer location and processing speed at the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We combine shipping so no matter how many small figures and accessories you purchase, I can still combine shipping to get the cost down.
Returns: We do not offer returns, however, if you have a problem with your order please contact us and we will be happy to help you! We will be charging a 20% restocking fee for any orders that are sent back (due to incorrect address or refused delivery) ONLY if the customer does not want to pay to reship their package.
If we approve a return, please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return costs. Please reach out to us before leaving feedback so we can address your concerns as soon as possible!

Hi! I'm Nia (TiniestPetShop) and I am an LPS collector since 2004. I've received multiple duplicates throughout my years of collecting and decided that I should sell them to other collectors.
I know how important it is to find a good supplier of LPS. As a collector, we want someone to sell LPS that are 100% authentic, and that we will receive exactly as shown, which unfortunately is hard since some sellers do not properly disclose information. In my shop, I guarantee that you will receive the LPS exactly as shown and described. All of my LPS are authenticated prior to listing and they are handled with love and care. If I see a detail I didn't disclose (broken pegs, pink/blue spots, pen/marker marks), I will contact you and let you know prior to shipping out.

Are your LPS authentic?
Yes! All of our Littlest Pet Shops are authentic! We have experts verify our pets prior to listing, and if you have any doubts, feel free to visit reddit's r/littlestpetshopfakes to verify the authenticity.
What are the condition of the pets I am getting?
If an item is new in box, they might have some wear on the box due to age. Please keep in mind that we cannot fix the condition of the pet and the rubber bands might break over time.
For loose items, we wash every LPS with a brush and soap when we receive them. Pen/marker blemishes cannot be removed unfortunately, but we do our best as possible to remove spots and marks prior to shipping out. If an LPS shows some flaws (initials, broken peg neck....), we mention it on the description and/or it is shown in the images, so you are not surprised when you receive it.
Are your LPS smoke-free?
Yes! All of our pets are smoke-free, but we are pet-friendly. Our LPS are stored in an area away from pets and are disinfected prior to shipping. We might stock an LPS that might come from a smoke-friendly home, we will state so in the description of the item, and keep them away from other LPS.
What should I do if my package is missing?
If you did not receive your package, don't hesitate to reach out to your local post office. If the package gets shipped out to us again, you'd have to pay for the shipping once more or get a refund. Keep in mind that we will be charging a 20% restocking fee. If the package is lost, we unfortunately cannot refund the content. The most we can do is help open a case with USPS to find your package and/or help file a claim with USPS for the insured mail (when applicable). Thank you for your understanding.
